Legal information

Privacy Policy

This document explains what happens to information when someone opens xxxtreme-roulette.com. The site is a reference resource about Evolution's XXXtreme Lightning Roulette, aimed at readers in India: how the lightning round is generated, what the multiplier range looks like, how the reported RTP compares with standard European roulette, and which live casinos carry the table.

We are not a gambling operator. There is no account system here, no cashier, no wallet and no game client. Anyone who wants to play must open an account directly with a licensed casino, and that relationship is governed by the casino's own legal documents, not by this one.

1. The two sides of the picture

It helps to separate two situations that readers often merge into one.

On this website. You read text, look at screenshots, and optionally press play on a short teaser video. We see very little of you: a page request, a browser fingerprint that is too coarse to identify a person, and whatever a measurement tool records in aggregate.

On a casino website. You register, submit identity documents, choose a payment method, deposit, place bets, and request withdrawals. That involves far more information, and it is collected and controlled by the operator you chose. We have no access to any of it.

2. What may be recorded when you browse

Normal web traffic produces a certain amount of technical detail. Depending on how you reach us and which tools are active at the time, the following may be processed:

  • Browser family and version, plus the language your browser advertises.
  • Device class — desktop, tablet, phone — and the operating system in broad terms.
  • Viewport and screen size, which we use to check responsive layouts.
  • The address of the page requested, the time of the request and the referring address if one was sent.
  • Approximate location derived from network routing, typically at country or region level.
  • Interaction signals such as scroll depth or clicks on internal anchors, recorded only in aggregated form.
  • Error reports and performance timings that help us fix slow-loading sections.

An IP address is technically visible to any server that responds to a request, including ours. We do not use it to identify individual readers, and we do not build profiles that link browsing history on this site to a named person.

3. Messages you send us

There is one situation where you deliberately hand over information: when you write to [email protected]. In that case we receive your email address, your display name if your client sends one, the subject and the body of your message, plus any attachments.

Such correspondence is used for one purpose only: understanding and answering your question. It might be a correction to a payout figure, a note about a multiplier that we described inaccurately, a request to clarify a legal point, or feedback on how a page renders on a particular phone. Please do not send identity documents, bank statements, casino account credentials or screenshots of your balance — we cannot act on them, and we do not want to hold them.

4. Why any of this is processed at all

The purposes are narrow and editorial rather than commercial profiling:

  1. Delivering the pages you asked for and keeping them stable during a visit.
  2. Protecting the site from automated abuse, scraping and request floods.
  3. Finding out which explanations readers actually finish — for example, whether the section on Chain Lightning and Double Strike answers the question or needs rewriting.
  4. Diagnosing faults such as a broken image, a table that overflows on a small screen, or a page that takes too long to appear on mobile data.
  5. Maintaining ordinary security logs that let us investigate suspicious activity.

No information gathered here is used to decide whether you should be shown a particular multiplier explanation, to price anything, or to make automated decisions with legal effect about you.

5. Cookies, local storage and the rest

Small files stored in your browser make modern pages work: they remember a dismissed panel, keep a session consistent, and let measurement tools distinguish a new visitor from a returning one. The full inventory — which categories exist, what they are called, and how long each lasts — is set out on the Cookie Policy page, and that document should be read alongside this one.

In practice: essential storage is required for the site to behave, measurement storage is optional and limited, and storage created by outside services such as the font server or the streaming host is controlled by those providers.

6. Links to casinos and how attribution works

The comparison table on our main page points to operators that carry Evolution live tables. Some of those outbound links carry an affiliate tag. If a reader clicks one, signs up and later makes a first deposit, the operator may pay us a referral commission.

That arrangement has consequences you should know about:

  • The operator, or the network that manages its affiliate programme, will usually set a tracking cookie at the moment of the click, so that a later registration can be credited to the referring page.
  • That cookie is set and read by the partner. Its duration and content are defined by them, not by us.
  • Commission never alters the bonus amount, the wagering requirement, the withdrawal policy or the price of anything you see on the operator's site.
  • Editorial conclusions — RTP figures, the payout table, the comparison between the extreme version and classic Lightning Roulette — are reached independently of which operators pay commission.

Before depositing anywhere, read that operator's privacy notice, terms of service, bonus policy and AML/KYC requirements. Those documents, not ours, govern your player account.

7. Outside services we rely on

A handful of external providers make the pages function. Each receives a request from your browser and therefore sees your IP address and basic request metadata, under its own rules:

  • Hosting and content delivery. Serves the HTML, stylesheets, images and scripts, and keeps routine access logs.
  • Web fonts. Delivers the typeface used across the site, which means a connection to the font provider's servers.
  • Video host. Only contacted when you press play on the teaser clip on the home page.
  • Measurement. Aggregated statistics about visits and page performance.
  • Affiliate networks. Receive a click event when you follow a partner link.

We choose providers that are widely used and reasonably transparent, but we cannot audit their internal practices, and we cannot delete records they hold. If a provider's handling matters to you, consult that provider's documentation directly.

8. Video is opt-in by design

The teaser clip on the home page does not load on page open. A still preview image is served from our own domain, and the video file is requested from the streaming host only after a click on the play control. Readers who never press play never contact the video server at all — and everything the clip shows is also documented in the text of the page.

9. Retention

Different records live for different periods:

  • Server access logs: kept for a short operational window, generally weeks, so that faults and attacks can be investigated, then rotated out.
  • Aggregated statistics: retained in summary form for longer, because the value lies in trends rather than individual events.
  • Correspondence: kept while a query is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case the same question returns.
  • Browser-side storage: governed by the expiry values listed in the Cookie Policy, and removable by you at any moment.

Where a legal obligation, a security investigation or the defence of a legal claim requires a longer period, the relevant record may be held until that matter is closed.

10. Security measures and honest limits

Traffic to this site travels over encrypted connections. Access to any administrative tooling is restricted, credentials are individual rather than shared, and software is kept patched. Content management access is separated from the public-facing layer.

That said, no website can promise absolute security, and we will not pretend otherwise. The strongest practical protection for you is behavioural: use a current browser, keep your device updated, avoid reusing passwords across sites, and treat unexpected messages that claim to come from this domain with suspicion. We will never ask for your casino login, your card number or a copy of your ID.

11. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data, and we do not rent mailing lists. Disclosure happens only in the following circumstances:

  • To the service providers listed above, to the extent needed to run the site.
  • Where a valid legal request, court order or regulatory demand requires it.
  • To establish, exercise or defend legal rights in a dispute.
  • As part of a transfer of the site to another publisher, in which case the successor inherits the same commitments described here.

12. Your position under Indian law

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives individuals a set of rights over personal data that concerns them, and imposes duties on those who decide how that data is processed. Where the Act applies to anything described in this policy, we aim to honour it.

In practical terms, you may ask:

  • whether any data relating to you is being processed here, and for what purpose;
  • for a summary of what is held, in a form you can understand;
  • for correction where something is inaccurate, or erasure where retention is no longer justified;
  • for the identity of the parties with whom data has been shared, to the extent the law provides;
  • for a grievance to be recorded and answered.

Because this site collects so little, a request will often result in a short answer explaining that no identifiable record exists. Where a record does exist — typically an email thread — we will act on a verified request within a reasonable period.

13. Children and age restrictions

The subject matter of this website is adult in nature: live dealer roulette, multipliers, bonuses and casino comparison. It is not intended for anyone below the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly process information relating to minors. If you believe a minor has sent us a message, contact us and the correspondence will be deleted.

14. A note on responsible play

Publishing factual material about a game is not the same as recommending that anyone play it. The multipliers described here are financed by a reduced base payout on straight-up bets, and the headline 2,000x figure is a rare outcome rather than a realistic expectation. Nothing on this site is financial advice or a promise of return.

If gambling has stopped being a pastime, set deposit limits with your operator, take a break, or seek support from a recognised helpline in your state. Rules on real-money online gaming differ across India and have tightened at national level, so confirm what is permitted where you live before registering with anyone.

15. Changes to this policy

The text above is revised whenever the site's setup changes in a way that affects data — a new measurement tool, a different video host, an additional operator in the comparison table, or a shift in applicable law. The review date at the top of the page always reflects the current version, and older versions are not archived publicly.

Continued use of the site after a revision means the updated text applies to your visit.

16. Contact

Privacy questions, correction requests and grievances can be sent to [email protected]. Please describe the matter clearly and include any detail that helps us locate the relevant page or message.
